The fine print: a referral counts once your neighbor is installed and has paid their first bill. Referrals must be a new household or business at a new address. The refer-5 reward waives your recurring monthly service charge (taxes and fees still apply) for as long as all five referred accounts stay active and current — if the count dips below five, it pauses and resumes automatically, with no clawback of months already earned. No limit on referrals; credits have no cash value.
