Referral Program Terms

One free month for every referral — for every neighbor you refer who becomes a paying Bluespan customer, you get one free month of service. There’s no limit.
Refer 5 and your internet’s on us — when you have five referred customers all active and paying, your monthly service is free for as long as all five stay active.
Your referral gets their first month free too — so it’s an easy thing to recommend.

There’s nothing to buy, no contracts, and installation is already free.

A referral counts once the referred account is installed and has paid its first full invoice.
The referred customer must be a new household or business at a new address — not a returning account reactivating, and not an additional account of your own.
Your referral needs to mention your name when they sign up, or you can send us their info through the referral form. If there’s ever a question about who gets credit, we’ll resolve it in the customer’s favor where reasonable.

Each qualified referral earns a credit equal to one month of your current recurring service charge (taxes, equipment fees, and one-time charges aren’t included).
The credit is applied to your next invoice after the referral qualifies. If a credit is larger than that month’s charge, the remainder rolls to the following month.
Credits have no cash value and aren’t redeemable for cash.

With five referred accounts active and current, your recurring monthly service charge is waived (taxes, fees, and add-on services like voice still apply) — for as long as all five stay active.
If the count drops below five (a referral cancels or falls behind), the free-service benefit pauses and you go back to earning the standard per-referral credits until the count is back to five. It resumes automatically — no penalty, and no clawback of months you’ve already received.
Referrals beyond five keep earning the standard one-free-month credit, so extra referrals easily cover a drop.

The referred customer’s first recurring month is free (taxes and fees still apply), applied as a credit on their first invoice.
The referral has to be attributed at signup — by naming you, or through the referral form.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and resold or commercial bulk signups don’t qualify.
Bluespan may withhold or reverse credits for fraud, abuse, or gaming of the program (for example, signups that cancel immediately and re-order).
Rewards apply to active accounts in good standing. If your account is past due, credits are held until it’s current.
Bluespan employees, contractors, and their households aren’t eligible.
Bluespan may modify or end the program at any time. Referrals that have already qualified will always be honored.
