Switched from Cox
I made the switch from Cox to Bluespan and I'm really glad I did. Andy had everything up and running in under an hour. My speeds increased nearly 8x — the difference has been night and day.

On pricing
Prices are reasonable. I would choose them any day over Cox or Comcast with their ridiculous scammy overage charges. No regrets!

Several of our new neighbors recommended them to us. I called their service number and got someone based in Tucson on the phone right away who helped me quickly. How wonderful is that?

Switched providers
We had one of the other providers before and Bluespan is definitely faster than what we were getting. I like that they're local and I think the speed is very reliable. I recommend them.

Local to Thatcher
A real office in Tucson. Not a call center.
Thatcher is exactly the kind of community Bluespan was built for — the places the big providers overlook. From EAC student rentals to family homes along the Gila, Thatcher knows the difference a reliable connection makes. Our techs cover Thatcher from our Tucson headquarters, and with offices in Tucson and Flagstaff, we're never far away.
Our network is engineered for Arizona conditions — triple-digit summers, monsoon season, and the distances that keep the big providers out. No dish on your roof to cook in the heat or re-aim after a storm. And if you ever need help, you call an Arizona number and an Arizona human picks up.
Speeds up to 1 gigabit are available almost anywhere Bluespan serves in the Thatcher area on our Fiberwave wireless plans (250 Mbps – 1 Gbps, with symmetrical uploads) — and in select areas with fiber-to-the-home, plans reach up to 10 gigabits. Check your address to see exactly what’s available at your home.
Is Bluespan a good alternative to Starlink in Thatcher?
If Bluespan reaches your address, you get symmetrical upload speeds, lower latency, free professional installation, and support from real people in Arizona — with plans starting as low as $49/month in select areas for new customers, and no equipment to buy. Starlink raised prices on every plan in June 2026 and offers support only through an app. Satellite is a great option where nothing else reaches; in Thatcher, you usually have a better one.
Does Bluespan have data caps or contracts?
No and no. Every plan includes unlimited data with no throttling, and there’s no contract — stay because the service is good, not because a contract says you have to.
How much does internet cost in Thatcher?
Bluespan plans range from 250 Mbps to 10 Gbps, starting as low as $49/month in select areas for new customers. Every plan includes unlimited data, free installation, and equipment covered for life — no equipment rental on top of your bill.
How fast can I get installed?
Our average installation happens within 24 hours of signup, performed free by a local Bluespan technician — most cable and satellite options either ship you a self-install kit or book you weeks out.
Does monsoon season affect Bluespan internet?
Our network is engineered for Arizona weather — monsoon storms, dust, and extreme heat — and monitored locally. There’s no satellite dish on your roof to lose signal in a storm cell, and our Arizona-based techs are a phone call away.
Do you offer military, teacher, or nonprofit discounts?
Yes — Bluespan offers special discounts for military members, teachers, and nonprofits. Just mention it when you sign up or call (520) 207-0549.
Does Bluespan really serve Thatcher?
Yes — Thatcher is exactly the kind of community our network was built for. Our techs cover Thatcher from our Tucson headquarters, and with offices in Tucson and Flagstaff, help is never far. Call (520) 207-0549 and a real person in Arizona picks up.
