Although I signed up knowing that fiber internet was coming to my resort fairly quickly and would be competitive, I had observed the investment Bluespan had put into providing newer and thus a more robust system nearby. My service was installed December '24 and we've had a nearly flawless connection since. I'm convinced that I will not experience a 'would've, should've, could've' moment with Bluespan.

I have used Suddenlink in Flagstaff for many years. One would have to look long and hard to find a worse company! I knew I could not use them another month. so I did my research and found Bluespan. so far it has been such a breath of fresh air! First they answered all my email questions ….and I had many. it was always easy to get in touch with them. we finally decided to give them a try. so far the experiment has been very positive. the installers were right on time and very professional. we only stream TV and use the internet. So far the reception is very good…Streaming HULU a and other apps has been fine. Apparently you can’t use this service everywhere in Flagstaff…you must have a direct sight line to Mt. Eldon. we were lucky. we can use it. I highly recommend you check this company out…so much better than the competition . my only complaint…they don’t have a "vacation" break for when we re not in Flagstaff.

I've been extremely happy with Bluespan and never experienced any problem. Excellent local customer service. problem free streaming and never interrupted by cloud-cover or in the monsoon season. That was a problem I had with satellite service and why I switched to Bluespan.
