I have been with Bluespan for several years now after a switch from one of the big companies. I could not be happier. Everyone at Bluespan is knowledgeable. They keep promises and always deliver. My most recent experience was with Roberto. He promptly identified the problem with connections to my router and provided me with new cables and he walked me through how best to install them.

5 Stars is not enough! Honestly, Bluespan exemplifies customer service. We've been waiting for Bluespan to be able to service our home area for almost a year. This past week, we called to see if we were lucky enough to 'be in the zone'. A tech squeezed us in to check for the availability, it was our lucky day! Bluespan added additional towers in our service area and we made the switch that day! Not only did Chris and Andy squeeze us in to test the service, we received an instant install. To top it off, Chris drove to our home with a new router to ensure our install was top notch. We've never experienced such politeness, honesty, and care from a internet service provider- well done Bluespan!

We have been customers for some time and recently purchased a large piece of furniture. That furniture happened to block the routers signal several rooms away and now we needed a booster or something to improve the signal in our family room.
